Delivery policies
Delivery time varies from piece to piece. We don't have much stock, so when you place an order, you usually have to allow for the time it takes to create the jewelry. The manufacturing and finishing of a piece of jewelry is entirely done by hand and takes time.
For 925 silver jewelry, 1 to 2 weeks.
Plated or 18k, 1 to 3 weeks.
It is also possible to collect your order from our workshop located on the 1st floor of the Continental Creative Market: Place de Brouckère, 41, 1000, Brussels.
If the order is urgent, do not hesitate to contact us in the contact us tab or by sending us a message on instagram, we could find a solution together.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and your delivery preferences. If it appears we don't ship to your country, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
International shipping prices vary by country. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties depending on the destination country. Customs duties may also cause delays in delivery times. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for additional costs and/or delivery delays. We cannot disclose the amount of these fees until shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package or loss of the package during shipping.
Return and Exchange Policy
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange or refund the items within 14 days of receiving the package.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns, so these are your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. They must not be used other than for trying on and fitting. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to such a degree that it diminishes the value of the product, the customer loses their right to exercise a return.
If your item is defective or damaged, you can exchange it for the same item.
As soon as we receive the package, we can arrange an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs), within 30 days.
